Warren Masira Boniface is the Manager of Keroka Municipality. A skilled expert in management and administration, he worked in the education sector for over 15 years. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Education and is currently pursuing an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management at Kenyatta University. With a strong foundation in financial and organizational management, he is well-versed in urban development practices and plays a key role in guiding Keroka Municipality towards sustainable growth, serving as Secretary to the Municipal Board and its chief administrative officer.
Involved in the planning and oversight of the Keroka Municipality Integrated Development Plan (IDeP) 2025-2029 and its infrastructure, environmental, and social investment programmes.
Bachelor's Degree in Education. MBA, Finance and Strategic Management, Kenyatta University (in progress). Over 15 years of experience in the education sector.
