John Mathias Mogere is a retired teacher with a degree in Peace and Conflict Management from Kisii University. He is an internationally trained mediator with wide experience in settling family conflicts both locally and nationally, and serves as Vice Chairman of the Abagusii Council of Elders for both Kisii and Nyamira counties. He has served in various Boards of Management in many secondary schools, bringing both academic grounding and practical experience to spur the development of Keroka Municipality.
Involved in the planning and oversight of the Keroka Municipality Integrated Development Plan (IDeP) 2025-2029 and its infrastructure, environmental, and social investment programmes.
