KISIP-Funded Upgrade Transforms Keroka's Block B Slum
Through the Kenya Informal Settlements Improvement Project (KISIP), Keroka has upgraded Block B slum, tarmacked backstreets, and built new market stalls, water kiosks, and a modern abattoir.
In his foreword to the IDeP, Board Chairperson Barnabas Makario Michieka pledged effective oversight and stronger partnerships to transform Keroka into a vibrant, inclusive, and sustainable urban centre.
The Municipal Board has launched its Integrated Development Plan (IDeP) 2025-2029, a strategic framework for guiding growth, service delivery, and investment across Keroka Municipality for the plan period.
